Meeting

I was waiting for my transportation after meeting with a specialist of Canon Law at Université Saint-Paul in Ottawa.

During that meeting I heard:
Canon Law is about truth first and justice after
Common Law/Civil Law about justice first and truth after
Canon Law is most useful in "droit matrimonial"
Ernest Caparros is one of the main specialists of Canon law in Canada

According to the priest :
"équité c'est la justice tempérée par la miséricorde"
"Theology is about saving man and justice is about the common good".
