The Tongva Memorial is a tribute to the people who were the original settlers of the Los Angeles basin. It is located on the LMU campus. It also memorializes the two archaeological sites that were destroyed during the development of the Leavey Campus, as well as the other seventeen known Tongva sites along the Westchester bluffs and Ballona wetlands.
